My wonderful customer service goddesses, Iesha and Ashley, sat down with me to discuss some of the most popular questions they’ve been getting lately from our beloved customers. The common thread in almost all your questions is: why are my favorite products gone?! I know it can be disappointing when a product that you love is no longer included in our line. Believe me, if anyone understands, it’s me! All of my products are like special friends to me and I hate to see them go. But, in order to make room for new innovation and expansion to our line, we sometimes have to make the tough decision of saying goodbye to older products to make way for new ones! Here are a few of your top concerns about discontinuation, answered front and center!
Argan Daily Moisturizer SPF 40: Don’t panic! This product isn’t being discontinued permanently. We are reformulating to make it better than ever. My product development team is working hard to make a formula that gives you maximum sun protection while still maintaining the lightest weight texture possible. I’m really excited about this new and improved version. I think you’re really going to love it. We’re still in the process, so I can’t tell you for sure when it’s going to relaunch, but in the meantime, we still have our current formula available in jumbo size on our website.
Argan Blend Concealer: Yes, it’s true. Sadly, this product has been discontinued. But, don’t worry! We discontinued it to make room for our brand new Argan Creamy Concealer Crayons. These are packed with Argan Oil and buckwheat extract, and they blend like a dream. Plus, they’re available in 6 shades so it’s super easy to find the right match. If you love our new Argan Tinted Moisturizer formula, you’re in luck! These concealers were formulated as the partner product to our tinted moisturizer; so if you’re Light 2 in Tinted Moisturizer, you’ll be Light 2 in concealer. Three shades are only available at QVC right now, but the whole range will be popping into Sephora stores and our website in August.
Argan Day & Night Eye Cream: We had to discontinue this little guy to make room for a bunch of new skincare innovation coming in the fall and spring. While you’re waiting for our new launches, I recommend using my Argan Infinity Intensive Creamy Oil as an eye cream. Just use a tiny bit, and gently pat it around your eyes.

Hi Josie! I saw you have a new Argan Oil Light available on QVC. Will you be selling this on the JMC website and/or Sephora? QVC charges such high shipping & handling, I prefer to buy directly from you guys. Also, how does this new oil differ from the regular argan oil?

I wish you would bring back your ORIGINAL lipsticks - the highly pigmented ones in the gold tube. They were EXCELLENT - highly pigmented and long-lasting! I'm glad I grabbed plenty while I could. I'm still rationing them because nothing lasts like they did.

Thanks for the update, I'm obsessed with all of your products! I literally have one or more of all of them! One thing I would love to have in my purse is a single eye shadow. I love the quads to have at home, but a single one would be so convenient to keep in my purse!

Josie, please continue to make the Vanilla Fig Body Cleansing Oil. I have purchased I don't know how many kits just for a few products and I probably will not be able to do that anymore due to the expense. I do not want to purchase this on ebay because I do not know what I will get. So, please Josie, please. By the way, I love the concealer crayon.

So thrilled to hear the Argan Daily Moisturizer will be returning, but I was also wondering about the Argan Sun Protection for Body? That was the best sunscreen I've ever found and was so disappointed to see it go. Any body sunscreens in the works?

Thanks for replying to my post. Just wanted to add that I agree with Camera, the original lipsticks were amazing!! I hardly wear lipstick now because I cannot find anything that looks as natural on me and is so hyperpigmented like your lipsticks were. It would be awesome if they could make a comeback even if for a limited time.
I understand that the clear argan oil moisturizing sticks were discontinued. I just want to say how deeply disappointed I am with that decision. It was portable, well-priced and did wonders for my dry skin. I'll have to look elsewhere for a comparable product because I don't intend to pay a higher price for it within the JM line.
I hope you will reconsider bringing the clear sticks back. Thank you.
Hi Josie & team! I love your skin care products, and the spf 40 argan moisturizer has been one of my must-have products for a long time. I am so glad to hear it's not going anywhere! I also got the tinted version in a kit from QVC about a year ago, and absolutely love it! Is there any chance that it will be available as a stand-alone product, either on Q or in Sephora, in the near future?
Also, is there any chance that the honey lavender scent might be used in a body butter, without the shimmer? I love love love the scent, but don't always want the shimmer (although I do like it in the pure oil). Please keep this scent around - it's the best!

I also really miss the single eyeshadows!! I loved the texture, the range of colors, and the staying power. It feels like you just have fewer and fewer eye shadow options. I bought all the palattes to try and make up the difference, but I can't wear the dark colors so it is wasteful. Please bring back the singles!

I have been wanting to purchase your product Argan Self-Tanning Body Wash. I ordered it from QVC when you introduced it on the show, but, I can no longer find it. I am a redhead and this product was the "Bomb" for me and looked so natural. I got so many compliments. Where is it? Please don't tell me it is gone.

Hi Josie,
I, too, hope you consider bringing back your clear moisturizing stick. It was featured in Nylon magazine quite some time ago, and it has been the only thing thats kept my eczema under control! Hope to use this product again soon.
Josie, both my daughter and I love your SPF40. I am getting low on the tinted version and I really don't want anything else but yours. Please let me know if this is coming out soon. This is the best!! Works great and makes my skin look good.
