WORKOUT WEDNESDAY For Two Fitness Giveaway

    There are no of tips available which people can use in their life. Especially pregnant women should follow the procedure where they relax their body think positive and make vest to garden etc. This leads to make their mind fresh and keep them sharp and motivate.

Almost the same tip I'd offer to non-pregnant women: Listen to your body! If you feel like a tough workout -- and are in shape to handle it, having worked out regularly before pregnancy -- go for it!

the fittness pregnancy tip I was given is to not be afraid to work out, to continue your routine as long as you are comfortable !

Continue workouts you love. There are so many activities you can do with modifications for pregnancy. My favorite is yoga...the exercises strengthen and prepare you for delivery and also provide a peaceful time for you and the baby inside you to bond!

I would recommend swimming or water exercises because it's low impact on your body, great during hot summer months, and you don't need to sweat to get a great workout!

My best workout tip for pregnant moms is two-fold. 1) Don't let people make you believe working out is unsafe. If done properly and with your provider's ok, it's so beneficial and makes you feel so much better (alleviated my morning sickness so much)! 2) A great support belt (my fave is by Gabrialla) is a must when jogging/walking. I can go farther and longer with zero pain.

Ive run through both my pregnancies and find that keeping up with makes me feel strong and beautiful. I may not run as fat as I normally do, but to get out and be active clears my
Mind and gives me peace.

And I L.O.V.E. For Two Fitness awesome tanks!

As a yoga teacher who is pregnant I can personally say how amazing yoga is for all mamas to be. Nothing like connecting with your body and baby. Truly incredible!

My fitness tip would be to keep working out but listen to your body. I'm a group fitness instructor and am constantly asked when am I going to 'stop' working out. - This is my first child :) - I think working out is so important and some days you may just need to rest but on the days when you can, definitely work out in some way, modifying exercises when you need to and striving to maintain, not keep advancing in weight or distance... but doing what you can. You will feel so much better.
